In the Room Survey app, on opening the app or creating a new plan, you can use the Quick start assistant to open a saved plan, create a new empty project, draw a room, select a predefined room or open one of your most recent plans.

When the user opens the app on their tablet by tapping the Room Survey icon:
Or create a new plan by tapping File and then the New icon:
The Quick start assistant will be displayed:

| Note: You can tap Browse more projects to see all your saved projects. You can also disable the Quick start assistant by tapping the Show this dialog for new projects box to untick it. It can be enabled again in General settings. For more information, see Room Survey: General settings. |
