In the Room Survey app, you can print a room plan in a variety of sizes and formats as a PDF file you can send to their customers via email, save to a cloud storage space and attach to a published plan.

In any mode:
- Under the File tab, click the Print planning icon:
- In the Create PDF file window, select the desired options for the PDF file.
- Tap Create PDF file.
- User created PDF files can be found in the Files app on your tablet.
Create PDF file
In the Create PDF file window, you can:
- Tap the Orientation drop-down to change the layout of the PDF file.
- Tap the Paper size drop-down to select the size of the PDF file.
- Tap the Scale drop-down to select the scale of the plan as it appears in the PDF file.
- Tap the Quality drop-down to the select the DPI (dots per inch) of the plan as it appears in the PDF file.
Note: Selecting a higher DPI will increase the size of the PDF file.
- Tap the Templates drop-down to select the layout of the PDF file.
- The Number of pages field displays the number of pages the PDF file will have.
- In the field located on the right side of the Create PDF file dialog box, you can select a number of views to display in the PDF file, such as bird's-eye views, wall views and user created views.
