In the Room Survey app, once you have completed a plan you can send it to a Cyncly cloud receiver, allowing the plan to be imported into Innoplus.

To share the plan:
- Tap the Share icon:
Note: It is recommended that you save a copy of your plan before sharing. See Room Survey: How to save and load a plan.
- Under the Publish project tab, fill in the required fields.
Note: Under Share with company, the email address of the recipient entered into the Cloud account (email) field must be that of a Showcase 360 account for the related dealer with the Room Survey extension for the recipient to import the published project.
- At this stage, you have the option of adding more detail for the recipient.
Under the Project data and Check list tab, you can add more information for the recipient such as customer details and more project information.
Under the Attachments tab, you can add attachments, such as PDF files and photographs to the plan. For more information, see Room Survey: How to create a PDF.
- Tap Send planning.
A progress bar at the bottom of the window will read Request was sent! when complete.
Note: Users attempting to export a plan with multiple rooms will see a dialogue box warning that the plan contains elements that cannot be processed by other applications. Proceeding to publish a plan with multiple rooms will result in only one room being importable in Innoplus.
