For the Room Survey app, you can update the app in the App Store for iPadOS devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices.
iPadOS
Apps on iPad are automatically updated by default. However, if you have turned off automatic updates, or wish to update the Room Survey app manually, see Update apps from the App Store on iPad – Apple Support (External link).
